image heif/heic on iphone are unsupported content for show page #858

On iphone 6 ios 10.2, my photo library stores HEIC/HEIF photos. ios 11 users can select a setting that allows them to use jpegs, but probably will not have. We should support heif/heic files. They are, of course, supported for download and direct link.
