Cascade GPIO expander (74HC595) #157

Hi all,
my idea is to implement the driver for using this GPIO extender, based on 
74HC595 chip, 
(http://www.sainsmart.com/raspberry-pi/sainsmart-infinity-cascade-gpio-expansion
-io-extend-adapter-module-for-raspberry.html) with webiopi REST interface.
The most important feature of this product is the easy way to install it on 
raspberry in cascade mode.

How can I implement it? Can you help me?
