Added ability to specify which projects get processed #5

Here is a commit specific to defining the ability to specify projects. I'll add one more PR that builds on top of this one to address the ordering in which the bundles get generated.

This is showing as failed in Travis. But I cannot access the Travis build. I did run the build locally first. But I have no idea what tasks the Travis build runs. Locally I just ran gradlew test
