Create Diag Info Page #34

Similar to see if I can create a page with some diagnostics information to help folks without access to the serial terminal.

Beta release 2.1.3 is intended to help with some of this.

If the user's issues are because his controller is crashing, this will not address the crashes but it will show why it is crashing.

It also saves the BPM at each tick which will allow the reading to survive a crash.
