Fully fleshed out challenge controls

• Addressed challenge cadence to close #25
• We now have data control modes for challenges which closes #26
• This doesn't include the backend implementation.
  • This will have to be followed up another PR once I've swapped our mysql for postgres
  • Now we have a better idea how to implement this into our existing data model
• Added dynamically sized modals that take up a minimum area of the screen and expand when more controls are needed
