Ready 2 Rumble Boxing screen flicker #283

Throughout this game the screen flickers constantly, which is very off-putting. 
This doesn't happen on Ready 2 Rumble Round 2.

Tested on r78, NTSC-U GDI version.

the flickering is unbearable and makes game unplayable :/

Simply switch the output to VGA and not TV, that's it.
