Add some way to parse command-line options, including:

an option to run without the GUI
an option to disable accelerated rendering
an option to specify the configuration file
an option to enable trace messages

Forgot to mention this earlier, but the whole main.cpp file that currently exists is temporary and for debugging purposes only while the simulator is in development. But yes, this will be good to have once I properly write the new one.
