The following TRAPs need to be implemented:

Additionally:

[x] PUTSP should be removed since LC3.2 is byte-addressable
[x] ~RTI needs to be implemented. For now this can just be a simple return as we don't have user-mode implemented.~

I think it's illegal to execute RTI in user-mode, which is what we're simulating?

Fair enough, then honestly we should be okay for now (it just throws "RTI not implemented")
