Development of the Data Mart and ETL #8

The Data Mart will be bundled on H2 database. H2 is lighter than others and no installation is required. The amount of data is not an issue with a low number of tests. Different Databases will be evaluated in future releases.

The ETL will be Pentaho jobs/transformations. The ETL will be able to import XML and CSV formats of the JMeter log files. The ETL will be started from the SParkl plugin (see https://github.com/lcabaceira/crystal/issues/7).
