[start] Add suggestions for start if project_id isn't provided #5

The user should be guided during the start of a session.

As per my experience it happened that I forget the projects IDs. So I want to be guided by the CLI. In this case I want to see the at least the list of available projects.

$ trak start

You have to choose a project:

• kebab
• pasta
• tickets

Selection using arrows and Enter.

A numbered selection.
