Crash occuring when UMD is inserted

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Insert UMD into the PSP
2. Switch on PSP
3. Wait few seconds until the PSP crash

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Start a game from any of my UMD.
I see a load screen and the PSP shut down.
When inserting the UMD with the PSP on, the UMD is not see by the PSP and an 
error message "Can't read the disc" is shown.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PSP1004 - Custom Firmware 6.60 PRO-C2

Please provide any additional information below.

Check if this occurs on OFW. If yes - it' a hardware issue and not a PRO CFW 
issue.

Hi,
I have tested without the custum firmware, on the official 6.60.
It's still not working.
It mays be a hardware issue, but I don't know why.
It was working perfectly before the installation of the firmware and it didn't 
take any  hit since the installation.
As the ISO work well, I will re install the firmware and maybe one day, it will 
work again.

This is probably only a coincidence; as it is a hardware issue, I'll close the 
issue.
