There's no executable file, so I assumed I should launch the "sln" file, but that opened a weird window asking what application I should open it with. (Not the normal windows selection, some weird Visual Studio one)
I assumed it was because I had Visual Code instead of Visual Studio, so I installed normal studio, and now it opens in a code editor or a dark blank screen.
