Target audience in the UG states "librarians" yet the "patrons" that are defined in this application is clearly NUS students only who have valid student IDs.

Team's Response

Thank you for reporting this bug. We are accepting this bug as it is to credit your contribution. This will be marked as duplicate and accepted in another issue.

Justification for duplicate:

We agree with this tester that the "patrons" are clearly NUS students only, therefore the correction to the UG is that we should write target users as "NUS Librarians" and not "librarians" only. This is the exact same correction needed for issue #1486 (to make "librarian" in UG consistent with "NUS librarians" in DG). Hence, solving one problem will automatically solve another problem.

The 'Original' Bug

[The team marked this bug as a duplicate of the following bug]

Product Scope in DG presents information that is inconsistent with UG

Note from the teaching team: This bug was reported during the Part II (Evaluating Documents) stage of the PE. You may reject this bug if it is not related to the quality of documentation.

The target audience in the DG is different from that of the UG

Their Response to the 'Original' Bug

[This is the team's response to the above 'original' bug]

Thank you for reporting this bug.

We are downgrading this to very low severity because this is a typo. The UG should have be "NUS Librarians" instead of "librarians". This bug does not affect the usage of UG in any way (e.g. the user can still follow the UG and use all functionalities of the app correctly)
