Sometimes shows the video in a second window

This happens because the GstVideoOverlay messages are handled from an async bus 
handler. Attached patch fixes this.

I've fixed this now in the git repo: I applied a slightly improved version of 
your patch (for instance it builds now against gstreamer-0.10 as well).
