Sort out cyclic dependencies #7

Maybe they're not as bad as expected? Can they be compiled? Look at phobos which currently fails with cyclic deps. Or is that just cycle detection failing?

This is a bit better than it was, but when adding modules to the builtable array, we're not checking for cycles.
