PKGBUILD that doesn't depend on git #13

...but it does depend on you using tags for versions. If you like it, plz bump to v0.5 and update the checksums.

Might be better to have 2 PKGBUILDs, archey3 and archey3-git. The master is usually in a decent state, so there isn't that much lost by installing from git. That said, I think having the default archey3 install from a tarball is probably the better idea :)

@graysky2 @bluepeppers I submitted a new PKGBUILD that conforms (I think) to the current AUR guidelines. The package is still archey3-git and is a true VCS package
