ram() only works on systems with english language #42

It uses the output of free -m and searches the line starting with Mem: but at least on a system with german locale it does not work since the output is Speicher: ....

I fixed this with #41, but unfortunatly either this repo is orphaned or @lclarkmichalek has no interest in getting this fixed. Shouldn't be to hard to apply that patch yourself, or just use my fork https://github.com/MaThGo/archey3
