ENH: create hdf5 files with total number of photons, event times, and fiducials #378

This enhancement allows BTX users to obtain files that can be used to retrieve images with a particular number of photons.

When the following command is run from the Terminal, HDF5 files containing the total intensities, event times, and fiducials will be created.

{Path to BTX}/scripts/elog_submit.sh -c {Path to configuration file} -t run_analysis -n {# of cores}
