After dropping Python 2 support in the 1.5 release and getting recent versions of Python working, we never established a minimum version of Python necessary to use the LCM Python bindings. Through #468 , we discovered that versions older than 3.6 required a code change to use. So I propose that 3.6 be documented as the minimum required version going forward.
