Changes include:

  1. Updating HAPPE_V3's output types to "seg" or "cont" and adding a warning check to batch_beapp_segment which will throw an error if users try to segment after using HAPPE but aren't providing continuous data
  2. Updating the backend translation of happe v3 inputs to ensure things like baseline correction are automatically turned off if segmentation is turned off
  3. Making a call to the net library so that the 10-20 channels are loaded appropriately into HAPPE
