Edited previous pull request for desired changes:

  1. fixed bug where beapp uses the template user inputs rather than a user inputs saved elsewhere
  2. fixed bug where beapp is unable to read mff file as MFF-1.2.jar is not in paths
  3. reformatted template user inputs
