First commit fixes bug with the file_proc_info.evt_conditions_being_analyzed_table where beapp was running through extraneous condition names.
Second commit organizes ITPC user inputs, and updates the inputs on the scripting interface from beapp_itpc_params to beapp_itpc_ersp_params to more accurately reflect what these parameters are for.
