Added better 'successful clone' message. #25

I think we are done with the clone stuff. This final pull request has better checking to confirm that all subjects in the triples no longer contain the previous resourceURI. If the checking passes, then we get a nice blue info message telling the user the newly minted ID of the instance. If there's a problem, then we get an old fashioned alert-- but this will never happen.

This is a small change, I think I will just merge it into development.
