add Deprecated to improve display of resources in http://id.loc.gov

BIBFRAME resources may be deprecated even though their status for MARC purposes is "deleted". We would like to be able to tell at a glance that a resource while viewable, should not be used. Consider creating a class "Deprecated" (subclass of rdfs:Resource) so that any Work, Instance, Item can be of rdf:type Deprecated. LC would like to take the AdminMetadata status of "deleted" as a trigger to add this type to the resource itself, so you don't have to look in the AdminMetadata. Definition: "Applied to any BIBFRAME resource, it indicates that the resource, while viewable, is no longer valid."
