Conversion of 008/18-20 for Visual Materials #147

The specification for this states:

18-20 - Running time for motion pictures and videorecordings W - duration - literal ^^xs:duration
000 - Running time exceeds three characters W - duration - "more than 999 minutes"
001-999 - Running time W - duration - literal
Convert running time number to : PTnnnMDrop any leading 0 from running time
--- - Running time unknown ignore
nnn - Not applicable ignore
||| - No attempt to code ignore

The current conversion does not make the conversion to xsd:duration
