I have tested the LC conversion from MARC21 to BIBFRAME here in the National Library of Finland and noticed some changes needed in the Conversion Specifications version 2.5:
1) Subfield $7 is missing from the field 648 in the spec, although 648 $7 is included MARC BIB format https://www.loc.gov/marc/bibliographic/bd648.html
2) Field 647 should not have subfield $7 in the spec, because 647 $7 is not included in MARC BIB format https://www.loc.gov/marc/bibliographic/bd647.html
