245 $b should not be included in bf:Title/rdfs:label #95

The conversion specs state that the rdfs:label created by a 245 should consist of $afgknps for the Instance, $afgknps with non-filing characters removed for the Work.

Fix merged into v1.4.0 branch (soon to be released).
