Remove Richelieu app - replace with something else #5

GSIP has a small map app used to demo water data in the Richelieu watershed.

  1. Should be removed
  2. Could be replaced with something else (page presenting the system ?)

@nkhodaieNRCan Yes, after terminating the in progress scheduled redeployment test, then I will propose a content of a presenting page based on an existing presentation authored by Eric Boisvert about the Registry.
