What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a model.
2. Zoom out until the canvas si smaller than the viewport.
3.

What is the expected output?
Zoom out should stop. Button should be visually disabled!

What do you see instead?
Zoom out does not stop. Button is not disabled.
