Could not import runpy module

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Follow the instructions here: 
https://code.google.com/p/pdfsizeopt/wiki/InstallationInstructionWindows
2. Run pdfsizeopt
3. The only printed text is "Could not import runpy module"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the program to work...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The latest, at this point in time. Followed the installation instructions for 
Windows.

Please provide any additional information below.
Windows 7 64 bit

Thanks for reporting this bug! Based on the information you have provided I 
could diagnose and fix the problem.

I've updated 
https://code.google.com/p/pdfsizeopt/wiki/InstallationInstructionWindows . The 
only change is that a different .zip file has to be downloaded and extracted:
http://bin.pdfsizeopt.googlecode.com/git/pdfsizeopt_win32bin-v3.zip

If it still doesn't work, and you get the same error message (Could not import 
runpy module), please reply to this issue; otherwise please create a new issue.
