Optimize PNG using Truepng http://x128.ho.ua/pngutils.html

optimizing dct or jpeg streams through https://github.com/mozilla/mozjpeg & 
http://calendar.perfplanet.com/2014/mozjpeg-3-0/

optimizing JP2 streams if lossy is used then converting to jpeg through Mozjpeg 
and if lossless is used then converting to PNG using Truepng (above) as both 
JPEG and PNG is less complicated than JP2
