How you understood this is transductive?

@ZeinabRahbar Cause in the class: TadpoleDataset, the features of testing samples are not removed, but being considered when conducting the DGM module.

could you use their modified keops?

@ZeinabRahbar Sure, but my interest on this paper is only about the differental dynamic graph, instead of the keops. So, maybe can't provide you additional info.
