Add more info to --sb-state: show when we're in SetupMode or with shim validation disabled

mokutil --sb-state currently only looks at SecureBoot-* variable, but you could have validation disabled in shim, or be in SetupMode.

Be nice and tell the user /why/ we think the system has SecureBoot disabled, or if it's enabled but shim won't validate things.
