Remove deprecated items from crane/doc/config.yml and add content to appsyntax, common, and acronym extensions
Use MooseDocs bibliography system instead of manually adding citations
Remove old documentation stubs
Add new documentation stubs for current objects

@smpeyres This update is necessary for Zapdos, as I wanted to include CRANE objects in the syntax listing on the Zapdos website.

Thanks for the review! These stubs do need to be filled in at some point, but I figure we can do that in another PR :)
