Make an optional leaderboard to display live players' status and the fastest completion of all times

This could also show how many questions a given person has answered.

NOTE: Since the app now has a "cheat" mode where you can fake arrivals at a location and also answers (this exists for testing purposes) be sure not to award a point if the answer was faked.
