updated csv parsing
now generates a json with all times for tutors condensed and formatted
also generates partially condensed times for classes
changes in this file will be reflected in app when the combined.json file is updated at isoptera.lcsc.edu/~seniorprojectweb the app should not require a recompile, reinstall, or any communication with the app store
