`addstep` does not align with help command specifications when trying to add steps for today #8

Thanks for highlighting this. The team does know of this mismatch because initially, we were going to implement auto add today's date for addstep command but that caused more problems and hence we decided to change it back such that user has to specify a date. However, one of our developers forgot to change the description back. This is our mistake but we feel the severity is not medium but low as the UG does show that adding the date manually is required.
