Two java application is opening the same port #70

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Once one port is opened by a program it should not be opened by another program.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
jssc.2.6 on  Linux(Ubuntu,12.04)
