android a64 build - upgrade chromium deps #360

To build for android 64 bit, the following should work:
GYP_DEFINES="OS=android target_arch=arm64" ./gyp_libyuv && ninja -C out/Debug

This CL switchs to chromium git runhooks

GYP is fixed in r1089. Compilation fails though, but I assume that's out of the 
scope of this bug?
