getAllExecutionsResults not implemented in the python side api. #105

getAllExecutionsResults not implemented.

Function was recently added to the xml rpc web service.

However when attempting to call from the pythonic api.

c = testlink.TestlinkAPIClient(args.server, args.key)
c.getAllExecutionsResults()

AttributeError: 'TestlinkAPIClient' object has no attribute 'getAllExecutionsResults'

Method needs to be added to match it's peer.

Please note, that latest TestLink-API-Python-client release 0.8.0 and master already supports getAllExecutionsResults(), but not yet the latest published Testlink Server release 1.17, only the server master - see TL Mantis Ticket 8259
