Check RFM can run with RF 6.0.x and Python 3.11

• RF 6.0.2
• RF 5.0.1
• RF 4.1.2 - last RF release supporting Jython and Java

Possible usage of new RF 5.x / 6.x feature - future task

• RFM should not yet use special RF 5.x / 6.0 keywords / constructs
• scope is to support RF 6.0 and RF 4.1.2 to not lose Standalone JAR support
