CR RFM 0.5.1 - RobotMagikLauchner - Start Magik Session should accept additional gis args

DT project MEGAPLAN requires to run robot tests agains Magik sessions (4.1 and 5.2) started with a gis_alias, which has not enabled the gis arg -cli

Problem:

• without gis arg -cli, loading additional code during session startup, defined in environment variable SW_MSF_STARTUP_MAGIK does not work

Suggestion from MP

• the requires gis arg -cli should be added as additional start argument, called by RonotMagikLauchner keyword Start Magik Session

Requirement from MP:

• extension must be implemented as extension of release v0.5.1 without functional changes from v0.5.2 or later

Proposed Solution:

• keyword Start Magik Session should be extended with an additional optional argument gis_args.
• sample: gis_args=-cli or gis_args=-cli -login root\
