Figure out how to include depression in the model #102

Links between depression and loneliness/social isolation. Find some literature using ELSA where depression has been a focus, and see if there's an accepted way to 'score' it. Harmonised outputs report the CESD score for depressive symptoms which might be fine as it is, but need to make sure.

Social Disconnectedness, Perceived Isolation, and Health among Older Adults - Cornwell and Waite (2009) Used the CES-D score to evaluate depression. ELSA asks 8 questions for this scale, generally if the answer to 3/8 questions indicates depression, then respondent is considered to be depressed. HOWEVER one of the questions is about loneliness, so this needs to be removed from our analysis. Therefore 3/7 indicates depression.
