This is the repository for the English version of the Future Elderly Model, originally developed at the Leonard D. Schaeffer Center for Health Policy and Microsimulation.
Used this branch to identify an error introduced in pmm_imputation branch. Error now fixed and all changes from pmm_imputation now added to this branch (old-state2_27-02). Merging this branch introduces the imputation with mi chained impute to master, along with many other changes. Notably, a lot of files have been untracked (all are produced in the workflow so not necessary to include in the repo), and the .gitignore has been modified to ignore all these files.
