Stop estimating transitions for drinkd_stat #14

Currently, both drinkd_stat and drinkd are being transitioned. This doesn't make sense, as drinkd_stat is dependant on drinkd, so if both are being transitioned they may become distinct. Instead, stop estimating transitions for drinkd_stat and do the accounting in the HealthModule (or Transitions module, whichever fits best).

drinkd_stat has now been replaced with the problem_drinker variable.
