We need a scenario to show changes in chronic disease levels that is more interesting than just modifying chronic disease incidence.
We could intervene on BMI variable, possibly reducing BMI by 5 points (arbitrary choice).
Could also do this when BMI reaches a certain level. I.e. people who become morbidly obese automatically lose 5 points, and go back to being just obese.
This intervention would have to happen at every wave, and affect every person who's BMI reaches a certain level.
