Closes #22 - Design new scenario for IJM paper #27
A new scenario has been created for the results section of the IJM paper. Instead of the chronic disease reduction scenarios (reducing prevalence by 10, 50, 100%), we now intervene on BMI for anyone who's BMI reaches 35 or over.
This intervention takes place continually. I.e. At every wave of the simulation, if a simulants BMI reaches 35 or more, their BMI will be reduced by 5 points.
