Solve errors when trying to run cross-validation #36
The model thinks there is nobody in the simulation so produces empty output. Managed to find the reason for this is the 'entry' year that is set during generate_stock_pop.do. Entry year is set to 2012.
I need to produce another version of the stock pop, with the entry set as 2002 so that the cross-validation simulation works.
