Most of the work here is done, model is being estimated and correctly loaded into GlobalPreInitializationModule. However, it is still not imputing the missing information, and I'm not sure why. Hopefully will get to the bottom of this in the meeting later today (16/11/20).

Found the problem, see #12 for more info on what and how it was fixed.
