This is the repository for the English version of the Future Elderly Model, originally developed at the Leonard D. Schaeffer Center for Health Policy and Microsimulation.
Money vars now converted to log(moneyVar). This is to ensure the model does not lose the right tail (high values) when predicting the next wave of the simulation, as very large and rare values can have this effect.
Also removed some variables that were just parts of larger vars, now everything is handled with 2 variables: total family wealth (atotb), and total family income (itot).
